Eligibility :
3-5 years experience working in an animation production environment
At least three years experience managing an IT Department
Must have effective and professional communication skills
Must be able to motivate, mentor and coach a talented and diverse team
Must possess strong time management and organization skill
Must be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
Must be a forward-thinker and enjoy challenging the status quo
High level of proficiency in Microsoft platforms including Office 365, Windows OS, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, etc.
Experience with VMware, Dell EMC Isilon and Box is preferred.
Experience with Autodesk software, Adobe Suite, Toon Boom Software, Python, Avid, Shotgun and other animation production software/scripting is a definite asset.
Knowledge of PC hardware as well as animation-specific hardware (e.g. Wacom Hardware)
