Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, security, and support operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT functioning across office, warehouse, and business operations while driving technology improvements and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, systems, laptops, networks, printers, and internet connectivity.
Ensure smooth functioning of all hardware, software, and internal IT operations.
Handle IT support for office, warehouse, and operational teams.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding related to IT assets and access controls.
Maintain system security, antivirus protection, data backups, and access management.
Coordinate with external vendors for software, hardware, and AMC support.
Monitor and troubleshoot network/server issues on priority.
Implement IT policies, asset tracking, and compliance processes.
Support business applications, productivity tools, and operational systems.
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives wherever possible.
Maintain IT inventory and ensure timely procurement of assets.
Ensure data confidentiality and cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, hardware troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.
Experience handling IT operations for startups, e-commerce, logistics, or quick commerce companies is preferred.
Good understanding of Google Workspace, Microsoft tools, VPNs, and access management.
Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS tools.
Experience with warehouse or retail IT setups.
Understanding of ERP, HRMS, and operational tools.
Strong ownership and execution mindset.
