Overall Role Summary:
This role involves managing key aspects of the Investment & Governance function, especially within the areas of P&T Finances and Resource Management. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with all levels of management, and be able to tailor data & perform analysis to suit the audience in question, whilst building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside of P&T. The role demands a high level of accuracy to maintain the integrity of the function, as well as the ability to challenge the status quo with regards to current and future costs.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the P&T Investment Finances and coordinate monthly reviews with PMO team
End to End global resource management ownership
Coordination of monthly resource allocation data (to facilitate staff capitalisation process)
Coordination for preparation of recurring management decks (PTLT/MBR/CIC) with multiple stakeholders along with providing Key inputs to the same
Understanding the full P&T Finances across both CAPEX/OPEX
End to End ownership of invoice allocation, management & coding in SAP
Consolidation & analysis across various dimensions of multiple data sets related to resources and finance
Key conduit between Finances and P&T
PMO assistance as and when needed

Location:
The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Bengaluru office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 5 days per week in-person time.
