As a
Services Specialist, IT Services
on the
IT Services
team, you will be responsible for:
Managing Windows Autopilot enrollment, provisioning profiles, and Intune enrollment processes for Windows devices
Troubleshooting endpoint management issues, including Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM co-management
Deploying and supporting applications across managed Windows devices, including Win32, Microsoft Store, and line-of-business applications
Monitoring compliance, patching, and update deployment across endpoints, including Windows Update for Business, Autopatch, and Microsoft 365 patching
Maintaining operational documentation, supporting change control processes, and assisting with knowledge transfer and training activities

The IT Services team supports enterprise device management and end-user technology operations that help employees work securely and effectively. Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree, college diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience

Experience supporting vulnerability remediation through endpoint patching
Preferred:
Microsoft Intune certification
ITIL Foundation certification
Experience with SCCM co-management
