WHY INTERN WITH US?
Interning with Sanjhi Sikhiya is not a conventional desk job. You will be embedded in one of the most ambitious attempts to
transform public education in Punjab.
You will work alongside a team of 100 people across five districts, interact with government school principals and teachers, engage with university partners like Thapar, IIT Ropar, IISER Mohali, and Plaksha, and contribute to real programs that reach thousands of children.
Former interns have gone on to full-time roles within the organisation and in the broader social sector. This is an opportunity to build your professional skills, deepen your understanding of education and development, and do work that matters.
Each internship role clearly outlines the purpose of the role, key responsibilities and deliverables, skills or competencies required and duration. Interns are expected to participate in weekly team check-ins, maintain a personal work tracker, and present their work at the end of their tenure.
