Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand Axio Biosolutions' presence in key markets.
Identify and engage new distributors and partners in targeted regions.
Drive B2B sales with hospitals, military organizations, emergency services, and government procurement agencies.
Manage and foster relationships with existing clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with regulations and devise market entry strategies for various geographies.
Conduct market research to uncover trends, assess competition, and identify potential growth opportunities.
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase Axio’s products.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and conduct contract negotiations with distributors and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and regulatory teams to synchronize sales efforts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong network with hospitals, military, emergency response teams, and distributors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships.
Experience in handling tenders and government contracts is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
