About the Role
We are looking for a passionate
Visual Design Intern
who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced creative environment. We work across
Branding, Mainline, and Digital
, crafting impactful offline communications and performance-driven digital creatives across platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling and wants hands-on exposure to real campaigns and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Understanding & Alignment
Decode creative briefs shared by supervisors to understand brand requirements, identity, target audience, and objectives
Ensure all creatives align with the brand’s voice, tone, messaging guidelines, and overall visual identity
Maintain consistency across platforms while adapting designs as per campaign goals
Design Creation
Develop static creative layouts for marketing materials including:
Social media posts & carousels
Performance ads
Emailers
Digital banners
Offline collaterals (if required)
Execute design concepts with attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual balance
Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver creatives within timelines
Research & Trend Awareness
Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and platform-specific creative formats
Bring fresh, innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions
Who We’re Looking For
Students or recent graduates from
recognized design institutes / design schools
(Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, etc.)
Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic knowledge of Figma / Canva is a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic agency environment
