Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Recruitment Team, specializing in Technology Hiring, for a 3-month internship program. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
Desired Skills & Requirements:
Prior exposure to tech-hiring preferably with consultancy
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent research, problem-solving, and time-management skills
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Attention to Detail and ability to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education:
Any Bachelor's Degree
