<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>
<p>The Recruiter will be responsible for fulfilment of all open roles within stipulated timelines</p>
<p>Work closely with stakeholders to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal delivery.<br><br>Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Delivery leader. <br><br>Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process.</p>
<p>Assign work to the team members, guide and support them to prioritize and ensure on time closures <br><br>Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets . <br><br>Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost & quality</p>
<p>Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency</p>
<p>Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team.</p>
<p>To ensure the ATS is properly used and should be involved in driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding</p>
<p><strong><u>Required Candidate profile:</u></strong></p>
<p>Should have a minimum work experience of 6 - 8 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from services organization, adept at volume hiring and managing staff augmentation requirements</p>
<p>Good at Tech Hiring</p>
<p>Good at Social Media hiring methodologies. <br><br>Good understanding of recruiting metrics<br><br><strong><u>Required Education:</u></strong></p>
<p>Full Time Master’s Degree / Any Graduate.</p>
