<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming CVs and leads by opening and organizing files. You will actively reach out to leads via phone calls, assist with data-related projects, and support various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be tasked with posting ads across multiple platforms and utilizing different tools to source new leads. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to take on ad hoc tasks as needed.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>

<li>Opening files as they receive CV’s / leads</li>
<li>Calling leads</li>
<li>Data projects</li>
<li>Posting Ads</li>
<li>Using various platforms to source leads</li>
<li>Ad hoc admin tasks</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fresh graduates or post-graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential</li>
<li>Must be able to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools is highly beneficial.</li>
