In this role, you will: • Gain exposure to end-to-end HR functions • Work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams • Contribute to building a strong employee experience and culture About the Role As a Intern - People Success Partner, you will support core HR initiatives across operations, engagement, performance, and learning. This role is ideal for someone who: • Is passionate about people, culture, and employee experience • Enjoys working with data, insights, and programs • Wants hands-on exposure to HR in a fast-paced consulting environment What You’ll Do 1. HR Operations & People Insights • Support HR processes across operations, compensation, L&D, and talent management • Track employee feedback through: • Pulse surveys • Health checks • Exit interviews • Assist in analyzing data to improve employee experience and engagement 2. Engagement & Culture • Support execution of employee engagement initiatives and programs • Help build strong employee connect through events, campaigns, and communications • Contribute to recognition programs and internal communications • Collaborate with HR and other teams to drive a positive workplace culture 3. HR Analytics & Reporting • Assist in creating and tracking HR metrics and dashboards • Support data-driven decision making through insight generation • Work on analyzing trends in engagement, performance, and compensation 4. Compensation & Benefits Support • Assist in the annual compensation revision process • Support maintenance of pay structures and benefits data • Help analyze compensation trends and provide insights 5. Performance, Learning & Development • Support performance management processes including: • Goal setting (KRAs) • Performance cycles and communication • Work with teams to identify training needs and learning opportunities • Assist in organizing learning sessions and leadership communications 6. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with HR business partners and cross-functional teams • Support initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness • Act as a support system for change management initiatives What You Bring Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree / MBA in HR, L&D, or related field • Strong interest in HR, people practices, and employee experience Core Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong planning and organizational abilities • Team player with a high sense of ownership and responsiveness What Success Looks Like • Active contribution to HR programs and initiatives • Strong support in HR analytics and reporting • Positive impact on employee engagement activities • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders • High quality, timely execution of assigned responsibilities.
