About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources. This role will give you hands-on exposure to recruitment, coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers Support onboarding and documentation processes Assist in employer branding and HR initiatives Eligibility Criteria: Recent graduate (any stream) or pursuing final year Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR/recruitment (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets Preferred (Good to Have): Internship/course in HR or Recruitment Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations What We Offer: Hands-on experience in HR & Recruitment Exposure to working with international clients and diverse roles Opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles
