Work Flexibility: Hybrid Job Title: Finance Intern Location: Gurugram Duration: 12 months (Industrial Training) Financial Reporting & Controlling Support month-end close activities for commercial entities, including P&L review, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and management reports (MIS) Perform technical accounting assessments for key contracts and transactions Prepare accounting position memos to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate policies Support impact assessment and implementation of changes arising from updates in corporate accounting policies Audit & Compliance Assist in preparation of audit schedules and notes to accounts including supporting documentation for statutory audits of entities (e.g., SIPL and SGTC) Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit requirements Support filing and review of regulatory returns such as FLA, DPT-3, and XBRL filings Special Assignments Support end-to-end renewal process of property insurance for all entities (SIPL, SGTC, and Vocera), including coordination with brokers, data collation from internal team, and documentation Support external consultant and assist them in fixed asset verification exercise across entities.
