Responsibilities:
Handle & Coordinate on Employee & Visitor Movement.
Coordination with Support Staff ,Office Assistants & builders on Upkeep of Office Infra.
Coordinate with builders/vendors for any floor maintenance.
Handle all incoming & outgoing couriers, Printing & Petty Cash.
Coordinate & mentor Support staff & Office Assistants on day-to-day work.
Invoice tracking, DC tracking & maintenance
Lunch & Cafeteria Management
Coordinate during employee onboarding & offboarding process.
Prepare monthly reports as per business & compliance requirements.
Provide Assistance on office Administration related work.
Qualifications
:
Graduate of any discipline
Good communication skills- both oral & written
Strong interpersonal skills
.
Ability to handle multitasking.
Quick & keen learner & leadership qualities
