Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO
We are looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive individual to work directly with the Founder & CEO in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, takes ownership, and thrives in dynamic situations.
As the Founder’s Executive Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations, communication, research, business coordination, and strategic execution — acting as a reliable operational anchor across functions.
What You’ll Do
Founder Support & Operations
Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and priorities
Coordinate travel, itineraries, and daily logistics
Draft emails, notes, and internal/external communications
Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
Meetings & Coordination
Prepare agendas and take structured meeting notes (MOMs)
Follow up with teams and stakeholders on action items
Support presentations, briefing documents, and executive updates
Research & Business Support
Conduct market and competitor research
Assist with partnership decks, proposals, and strategic initiatives
Support business development and stakeholder coordination
Brand & Content Support
Assist with the Founder’s personal branding and social media coordination
Research trends, AI tools, and content opportunities
Help maintain consistency in communication and messaging
Internal Operations
Support onboarding and cross-functional coordination
Assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed
Ensure smooth communication across teams
Who We’re Looking For
Background
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
Any stream or discipline welcome
Prior internships or organisational experience are a plus
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace and technology tools
Good research, documentation, and coordination abilities
Curious about startups, AI tools, and business building
