Please read about us – www.byldgroup.com Designation - Instructional Designer Experience - 3-5 years Location - Gurgaon, Haryana Job Summary: BYLD Group is seeking a high-impact Instructional Designer & E-Learning Expert to design, develop, and deploy engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions. This individual contributor role requires strong expertise in adult learning principles, digital learning architecture, and performance-oriented content design. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and update existing learning materials to ensure they are current, engaging, and effective. Partnering with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and client teams to translate business needs into structured learning journeys across ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats. Redesign content to improve learner engagement and retention. Design storyboards, scripts, and learning assets using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other authoring platforms Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, infographics, interactive modules) to enhance the learning experience. Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to create compelling proposals for clients. Ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and showcase the value of our learning solutions. Design and develop comprehensive instructional programs that meet the diverse needs of audience (clients). Use instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create effective learning experiences. Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, strong consulting capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience in corporate learning, leadership development, or sales capability building will be an advantage. Ability to create engaging and interactive learning content. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in building proposals and client-facing materials is a plus.
