Tele-Sales Executive – B2B Travel (Agent Engagement, Revenue & Performance Growth)

Role Summary
This role is focused on
maximizing engagement, revenue, and performance of TripJack’s existing transacting agent base
, while also supporting the activation of newly onboarded agents. The primary objective is to
increase active agent percentage, booking frequency, wallet share, and GMV per agent
through structured tele-based engagement.
Key Responsibilities (in Priority Order)
1. Agent Engagement, Revenue & Performance Growth
(Primary Priority)
Own and actively manage a defined portfolio of
currently transacting agents
Increase
booking frequency, transaction value, and product adoption
Drive
wallet share growth
across Flights, Hotels, and Ancillaries
Identify early signs of drop in activity and
proactively intervene to prevent churn
Educate agents on margins, offers, pricing advantages, and product enhancements
Act as a
business advisor
to agents, helping them grow their own sales
2. Reactivation & Retention
(High Priority)
Re-engage
low-usage, declining, or recently inactive agents
Diagnose reasons for reduced activity (pricing, credit, competition, product gaps)
Run structured follow-ups to bring agents back to consistent usage
Improve
30/60/90-day retention metrics
for agent cohorts
3. Agent Activation & Onboarding
(Secondary Priority)
Support activation of newly registered agents to ensure fast time-to-first-booking
Explain TripJack’s platform, products, and booking workflows
Assist with KYC, wallet funding, and first transaction handholding
Reduce drop-offs between registration and first booking
4. Relationship Ownership & Sales Coordination
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with assigned agents
Handle objections related to pricing, credit limits, competition, and usability
Coordinate with Account Management, Support, and Ops teams for issue resolution
Capture and share structured feedback on agent needs and competitor activity
5. Sales Discipline, CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM
Track engagement, revenue, and performance metrics consistently
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly engagement and revenue targets
Provide insights on churn risk, agent cohorts, and growth levers

Desired Skills & Experience
Must-Have
1–4 years of
tele-sales / inside sales experience
, preferably B2B
Proven ability to
grow revenue from existing customers
Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
Comfort with CRMs, dashboards, and target-driven environments
Good to Have
Experience in
B2B travel, OTA, SaaS, fintech, or marketplace platforms
Prior exposure to retention, reactivation, or account growth roles
Understanding of agent economics and margin-based selling
