Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business accounts.
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You must be proactive in finding creative ways to connect with decision-makers and navigate through challenges to establish contact. You should be comfortable working with overseas clients (primarily in the USA) and making a high volume of calls daily (50-60 calls/day), qualifying prospects, and advancing leads through the pipeline. Your responsibilities include sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, social media connections, and persistent follow-ups. You should have a strong understanding of customer needs, route qualified opportunities, generate interest, close sales by setting up meetings, and consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
Responsibilities & Duties
Primary Responsibility: New Client Acquisition
Work closely with Service Delivery Managers and US-Onsite Sales Team to run lead generation campaigns
Consistently maintain meetings/pipeline forecasting to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Understand LinkedIn, Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, D&B and other research tools available in the market
Should be able to draft compelling email, articulate thoughts into words
Knowledge of data, US – Geo, RPC and lead generation process
Perform Sourcing, Lead Generation, Cold Calling (50-60 calls/night), prospecting, finding new customers, converting leads
Generate leads via cold calling, email marketing, social connects and other methods
Prospect, Qualify, Set Up Meetings and aggressively follow-up with generated leads
Be responsible to convert trial prospects to paid customers through enthusiastic customer engagement
Own individual targets and work towards generating new revenue
Collaborate with internal teams and represent the customers to solve their business requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of Inside Sales experience in USA region, preferably into IT Services
Minimum 5+ years of experience selling services; having a clear track record of closing large multi-year contracts
Very strong English communication skills; Articulate clear verbally, and with ability to communicate well in writing
Must be able to generate 3-4 meetings per week from US region
Preference to candidates worked in IT services companies in the inside sales role
Keen eye for Social connect with prospect
Draft compelling emails (Fresh, Follow-up and LinkedIn)
