We're looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth. Position Overview: The Inside Sales Executive will sell Ed tech products and services to schools, colleges, and institutions. This role includes lead generation, relationship management, product demos, and closing sales — playing a crucial role in achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads via research, calls, emails, and networking. Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and progress. Engage with educators and administrators to understand needs and offer solutions. Schedule product demos (virtual/in-person). Drive the sales cycle from contact to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Track sales data, prepare reports, and propose improvements. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred). Freshers or 1-2 years of inside sales experience, ideally in EdTech or SaaS. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. CRM knowledge is a plus. Good time management and problem-solving skills.
