📋 What You'll Own
- Making conversation with the prospective Manufacturing business owners and moving them to a product demonstration
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders of the company.
- Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met
- Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organisation unique.
🧠 You Should Be
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Inside Sales Manager
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy- to understand even for non-technical people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Experience of working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment
- In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is preferred
