Understand RFQs and project specifications to prepare accurate and timely quotations specifically for electric actuators and associated spares.
Prioritize and handle urgent or quick quotation requests efficiently, ensuring minimal turnaround time.
Provide technical support and address queries from internal teams and external customers related to electric actuator selection, configuration, and applications.
Review customer requirements to ensure correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance of electric actuator solutions.
Coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for technical clarifications and order execution support.
Respond promptly to customer communications (emails and calls) with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain high attention to detail to ensure error-free and competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications.
Drive customer satisfaction by delivering reliable technical support and timely commercial responses.
BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation).
2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook.
Must be able to communicate in English fluently. Hindi is an advantage.
Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical or electronic products
