We are looking for an Inside Sales Lead Generation with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through cold calling for our sales team. The Inside Sales Lead Generation will be required to have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Experience of International outbound calls preferred, Direct Lead Generation, Cold Calling U.S. Europe, Australia and other international markets.
Explore, identify, source, and create databases for target market segments corporate learning and development for creating targeted campaign lists specifically targeting decision makers and buyers in organizations.
Maintain regular follow-ups to get meetings for the sales team
Generate leads, client Research, email campaigns, and cold calling, and set up meetings for a business development team
Will have to work on targets set by the management from time to time
Qualifications:
2-8 years of experience in inside sales lead generation
Must have US/Europe Cold calling experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Proven track record of generating leads and setting appointments
Familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
