This role will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of new age and AI powered products and intelligent systems that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, personalization, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with hands on understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, data-driven experimentation, and scalable platform thinking for increasing efficiency of development through AI. The person will work closely with business, engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams to build next generation people, process and platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the AI and product roadmap aligned with business growth objectives. Identify high-impact opportunities across various areas example custom product ordering, data driven predictive intelligence Drive GenAI adoption across commerce workflows and customer journeys. Build innovation frameworks and rapid experimentation models for new digital commerce initiatives. Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and scale Translate business goals into product vision, requirements, KPIs, and measurable outcomes. Lead product discovery, customer research, market analysis, and prioritization. Establish product operating cadence, governance, and delivery excellence. Partner with engineering and data science teams to build AI-driven capabilities. Drive implementation of Agentic AI workflows , LLM-based customer engagement solutions Ensure responsible AI adoption, governance, security, and scalability. Build and lead cross functional innovation squads including product managers, AI/ML engineers, designers, analysts, and platform engineers. Foster a startup like innovation culture with strong execution discipline. Mentor teams and establish best practices in agile delivery and experimentation. Collaborate with business leadership, marketing, operations, and technology teams. Present product strategy, innovation updates, and business impact to executive leadership. Align business and engineering priorities for timely delivery and measurable ROI. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, Business, or related field. 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Commerce, or Technology leadership. 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML or GenAI-driven products/platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, digital customer journeys, and marketplace operations. Experience building scalable platforms and data-driven products. Hands on exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLMs, recommendation systems, NLP, experimentation frameworks, and analytics. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale product programs. Preferred Skills Experience with modern AI ecosystems including OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in product metrics and growth frameworks. Experience in omnichannel commerce, retail tech, or D2C ecosystems. Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
