OML Studios: Developing and producing original long-form content for television and streaming platforms with over 35+ shows and 75+ comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Jio Hotstar and more. Also producing branded content for agencies and brands. Role Overview We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy, and highly organized Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growth team. In this role, you won’t just be "scrolling", you’ll be identifying the next big creators, working for coolest brands, managing real relationships, and helping execute campaigns. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and lock creators across platforms that resonate with brand brief ● Draft personalized pitches and manage day-to-day communications with creators or their agents to execute the campaign ● Act as the bridge between brands and creators to ensure smooth execution and clear communication ● Help track deliverables (posts, stories, links) to ensure influencers post on time and meet client’s guidelines. ● Stay on top of viral trends, platform algorithm changes, and what client’s competitors are doing in the influencer space. ● Work closely with multiple teams to deliver successful campaigns ● Negotiate with creators to close deals and maintain an effective CPV ● Help brainstorm creative briefs or script ideas for influencer collaborations. What We’re Looking For ● You live and breathe social media. You know the difference between a "micro" and "mega" influencer and understand why authentic storytelling matters. ● You can write a professional email that still sounds human and exciting. ● You’re comfortable managing multiple spreadsheets and timelines without dropping the ball. ● You aren't afraid of a little data; you want to know why a post went viral. ● You don’t wait for instructions, you see a trend and suggest how we can jump on it. Bonus Points If... ● You have a personal following or create your own content. ● You have experience with tools like GRIN, Modash, or HypeAuditor. ● You’re pursuing a degree in Marketing, PR, or Communications.
