<p><strong><u>Indirect Tax Accounting</u></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This position involves preparing accurate tax returns, developing tax-saving strategies, and ensuring timely payments. The Tax Accountant collaborates with internal teams and external auditors to support audits, minimize risks, and align the organization's financial strategies with tax requirements.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Primary Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working <strong>on Indirect Taxation Taxation</strong> matters with the third party tax consultants including filing of tax returns and finalization of Audits, Accounts, Documentation and MIS Reporting for US and international geographies</li> <li>Supervising all US and International tax compliance and submissions US State and Local Sales, VATs &amp; Use Tax and withholding taxes</li> <li>Indirect tax matters include Sales and use tax, commercial rent tax, Franchise tax, etc</li> <li>Coordinate with the internal teams to gather information for the above matters</li> <li>Performs research activities on tax issue and have informed discussion with the tax consultant and advice the internal teams</li> <li>Handling the internal and external audits.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).</li> <li>Proven experience in tax accounting, compliance, and tax return preparation.</li> <li>Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Company Summary:</strong></p> <p>Zeta Global is a NYSE listed data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
