Job Description & Summary:
PwC's Digital Engineering practice works with industrial manufacturers and energy companies navigating complex PLM transformations — migrations, consolidations, platform upgrades, and new R&D process deployments. As a PLM Engineer
specialising
in 3DEXPERIENCE, you'll be the technical backbone of these engagements — developing and
customising
ENOVIA solutions, integrating them with CAD and ERP systems, and helping clients build PLM platforms that
actually reflect
how their
engineers
work.
Responsibilities:
Develop and
customise
solutions on 3DEXPERIENCE platform (R20xx/R21xx) across ENOVIA modules including Core Data Model, Lifecycle & Change Management, and BOM & Configuration Management
Write and maintain Java, MQL, TCL, and JPO code for business process automation and system integration
Build UI components — commands, forms, tables, menus — and create dashboards and widgets for engineering and
programme
teams
Integrate 3DEXPERIENCE with SAP, CATIA, and third-party toolchains via APIs and middleware
Support client PLM migration
programmes
— data mapping, cutover planning, and post-go-live
stabilisation
Participate in requirements workshops with client engineering and IT teams, translating process needs into platform configuration
Mandatory skill sets:
Hands-on 3DEXPERIENCE development — ENOVIA
customisation
, MQL/TCL/JPO/Java
Strong grasp of PLM data models — BOM structures, part lifecycle, change and configuration management
Experience with at least one migration or upgrade
programme
(Teamcenter, Windchill, or legacy ENOVIA to 3DX)
Ability to read and write integration code — REST APIs, XML/JSON data exchange
Preferred skill sets:
Wind energy, automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing domain background preferred
