Operations Control - Warehouse Logistics(Movement and storage of Raw material and Finished Goods)
Supervision - Receiving, Inwarding, Putaway, Storage and Issue of parts.
Handle operations in external warehouse + plant activities.
Lead and manage team of Contract Labour.
Work allocation, Line balancing, On the Job Training to Contract Labour team.
Transport management - transport coordination, freight bill verification.
Stock Accounting - handle cycle count, analysis and reconciliations.
SAP - creation and maintaining BOM - Material Master views.
Warehouse bill certifications.
Coordination with suppliers and LSPs.
Coordination with WH Owner and resolve admin issues.
Coordinate with QMM and PQA - Quality Controls.
Coordination with PPC , LOP and Customers.
Project Work - Warehouse Set up and Implementation.
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical Engg. / Engineering with diploma in Materials/Logistics Management.
Work experience - in Auto component/Automobile Industry
5 to 7 years
