Technical skills:
Ø Technical Knowledge about SMT process.
Ø Statistics Knowledge to handle SPI/AOI failures.
Ø Basic PCB trouble shooting.
Ø Basic SAP Knowledge.
Ø Understand of Q tools, Control Plan, Process FMEA.
Ø Planning/monitoring/reviewing timelines, follow up with CFT to implement Quality Measures
Ø Escalation Management.
Ø Read & understand Drawings/Norms/Quality Standards & data Sheets etc.
Soft Skills:
Ø Good Listener/Able to respond quickly.
