GCN is OML's take on what a modern-day creative agency needs to be. Hypothesis: One of India’s fastest-growing creator-first influencer marketing agencies, combining data, creativity, and cultural insight to deliver impact-driven campaigns for brands across the globe. OML Talent: OML’s legacy business representing over 90+ of the most influential creators, comedians, writers, and storytellers shaping India’s entertainment landscape. OML Studios: Developing and producing original long-form content for television and streaming platforms with over 35+ shows and 75+ comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Jio Hotstar and more. Also producing branded content for agencies and brands. Role Overview We’re looking for an In-House Creator — someone who lives and breathes the internet. You’re the kind of person who spots a trend before it peaks, knows how to remix it with your own voice, and can make a brand feel human and fun without trying too hard. You’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos and creator-style content that brings OML’s world to life. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Editorial Lead to build a digital presence that’s bold, self-aware, and genuinely entertaining. Think of yourself as the face, voice, and creative engine of OML’s online storytelling. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and create short-form videos, reels, and stories for OML’s channels. Jump in front of the camera (or behind it) to produce authentic, engaging content. Spot and adapt trending formats to suit OML’s voice. Work closely with editorial, PR, and design to ensure content feels fresh and cohesive. Shoot, edit, and publish content at high speed without compromising quality. Content Creation & Execution Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos and social-first content that feels native to the platform. Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat and beyond. Bring fresh, creator-style energy to brand communication blending storytelling, and sharp editing. Experiment with new content formats, memes, filters, transitions, and AI tools Collaborate with the Editorial Lead to translate OML’s stories into visual formats that travel. Social Presence & Community Help shape the personality of OML’s social channels  Create and occasionally appear in front of the camera for social content. Engage with trends, creators, and communities online, ensuring OML participates authentically in internet and creator culture. Support leadership and talent-led social moments. From thought-leadership clips to behind-the-scenes creator collaborations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with PR, Business, and other teams to create content around OML campaigns, partnerships, and key announcements. Produce quick-turnaround video edits for award wins, events, or cultural moments. Partner with internal teams to adapt their projects into snackable, scroll-stopping stories. Innovation & Craft Stay on top of digital trends, editing tools, and AI platforms  Bringing new ideas and methods to how we create content. Continuously refine your editing style to match evolving audience expectations and OML’s creative tone Build a library of repeatable formats and micro-IP ideas that can be developed into recurring social properties. What We’re Looking For: 3–6 years of experience as a content creator, creative producer, or social media storyteller A digital-native mindset with strong platform knowledge (especially Instagram, YouTube) Hands-on skills in shooting, editing, and motion design — comfort using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI-based editing platforms. Sharp instincts for humour, culture, and storytelling. You know what works and what feels forced. Comfort being on-camera (bonus if you’ve built your own creator presence or have previously run brand social channels). Fast, collaborative, and unafraid to experiment. From memes to motion graphics.
