Major Job Responsibilities:
Job Incumbent is responsible for Business development ,Sales, Order Management, Receivable Management for key Construction OEM in South Zone ( Construction, Mining ,Material handling) - Exclusive for Specific Large OEM
Single point contact for the customer starting from lead generation for the complete sales cycle.
Build & Execute customer and category business plans that drive sustainable and profitable growth
Strong Sales & Business Skills – Account & Customer portfolio , Negotiation & Value based selling.
Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to align on commercial strategies.
Essential Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical
Preferred Educational Qualification: MBA
No. of years of Experience required: 15-20 years
Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like:
a) Sales Presentation Skills
b) Communication
c) Soft skills
d) Digital Skillsets ( Data Analysis ) Knowledge of AI
e) Negotiation
