Project Management:
Lead and drive global R&D engineering projects for the new product development and ratio topics.
Plan project resources and timeline as per the project agreement.
Conduct project quality gate meetings with project team and steering committee.
Execution, monitoring, reporting and escalation to achieve project objectives (quality, cost, time).
Collaborate with global cross-functions at international locations to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure adherence to product development processes and documentation standards.
Support process management and user administration topics within R&D area.
Engineering Excellence:
Assist in organizing workshops and making engineering strategy.
Support for implementation, tracking and reporting of defined strategy.
Prepare reports for evaluation of engineering goals and defined targets.
Drive the 5S principles, HSE, compliance and engineering excellence topics in the department.
Drive, track and report the CIP and cost reduction topics in the department.
Drive initiatives for Digitalization, high performance and innovation culture.
Improve Engineering process efficiency and facilitate efficient resource allocation
Standardize best practices across engineering teams within department.
Support competence management topics in department.
