Functional Role:
Responsible for Independently handling of FEM and fatigue simulation of hydraulic components.
Analysis of conceptual design using FEM simulation and provide recommendations for design improvements.
Collaborate with engineers and analysts to integrate simulation findings into product development.

3 Essential Educational Qualification:B.E. - Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics
4 Preferred Educational Qualification: M.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
5 No. of years of Experience required: 8 - 10 years in simulation (Min 5 yrs experience in FEM domain)
Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like:
Must
Knowledge of structural mechanics and fatigue assessment according to international standards and associated Physics, Maths, Solver theory, and Methodologies.
Software expertise - CAD tools (CREO, Space claim), FEM tools (Abaqus & FEMFAT).
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Experience on simulation cause and effect relationship, Simulation quality. Knowledge of new technology trends in simulations.
Good English Communication and collaboration skills
Advantage with
Knowledge of hydraulic valve development.
Knowledge of scripting languages e.g., Python.
Experience with Hydraulic valves applications.
