About this role

Establishment and development of Heat treatment shop and Casting foundries, management of problem-solving processes with suppliers, process acceptance and routine audits. Support of selected suppliers within the scope of the Q-Focus program for Casting foundries and Heat treatment plant. consistent reduction of failure rates, support for material field Casting (Ferrous Casting) overarching problems Coordination and implementation of measures in production processes and measurement technology with suppliers. Material field expertise, feasibility study castings, support for casting projects and Heat treatment process establishment. Support Purchase Works Quality in problem solving and escalations during the year of assigned suppliers, Initiation of process optimization (lessons learned, workshops) Analysis of causes for defective quality and initiation of remedial measures Implementation of qualification measures/workshops for existing (according to SOP) and new suppliers to improve continuous quality Participation in Supplier Assessments and QSL agreements, monitoring Q key figures B.E. Mechanical preferably in Metallurgy with 11 to 15 years of experience Preferably have professional experience in the production of Different Heat treatment process and Hydraulic castings (Ferrous casting).
