What You'll Be Doing: · Building and maintaining customer relationships throughout consulting engagements · Successfully leading and managing projects from inception to conclusion · Helping design and implement Raiser’s Edge NXT with collaboration from customers through customer-facing meetings and sessions · Providing expert advice and consultation on Raiser's Edge NXT to non-profit organizations · Assisting with database quality testing and documentation · Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality services and support to clients · Keeping up with fast-paced product releases and incorporating them into implementations to ensure customers are always using the latest features and functionalities · Meeting required billable and on task utilization targets and customer satisfaction scores · Maintaining internal systems for time tracking, project management, and documentation Required Experience and Skills: · Strong knowledge of non-profit organizations and their unique needs based on experience in a consultative or non-profit environment · At least 2-3 years experience with strategic CRM or equivalent consulting, Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred · Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet utilization requirements and stay within budgets · Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Strong problem-solving skills · Comfortable and adept at public speaking · Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and volunteers · Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Advanced written and verbal English communication skills · BS/BA degree or equivalent experience · Ability to work US business hours (generally 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST) and be customer-facing during these times Job Competencies: · Interpersonal & Relationship Skills · Leadership · Problem Solving · Detail Oriented · Self-starter · Adaptability & Flexibility · Innovation & Creativity · Drive and Passion for Technology · Results Focused · Customer Focus · Advanced level written and spoken English Stay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Blackbaud is a digital-first company which embraces a flexible remote or hybrid work culture.
