We are hiring process associates for an outbound sales campaign. The profile requires an understanding of sales techniques and honed convincing abilities.
A sale count/revenue target will be assigned every month that would need to be achieved by the process associate.
Below mentioned are the criteria that a candidate must meet before aligning an interview with us:
Excellent communication skills (Level 8 out of 10)
Have a high attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp and retain information
Discerning and quick-witted
Should be stable and should be keen to learn and work in any environment (sales pressure)
Experience in an international contact center for at least 1 year in an outbound or hardcore sales campaign.
Ready to work for 5.5 days and a travel time of 2 plus hours (alternate Saturdays off)
