We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

, coupled with proven experience in leading a team of engineers. As a Senior developer, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction, ensuring high code quality, and delivering scalable solutions for complex applications.

Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll own end-to-end development of core SaaS platform features—from designing scalable APIs and building responsive React interfaces to optimizing database performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement RESTful APIs in Node.js/Express.
· Build and maintain complex front-end applications using React, including state management, component testing, and performance tuning.
· Model data and optimize queries in MongoDB for large volumes of CRM data.
· Collaborate with product management, design, and QA to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
· Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
· Troubleshoot production issues and lead performance optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
· 9+ years professional experience in full-stack development with Node.js, React, and MongoDB.
· Deep understanding of REST API design, microservices, and scalability patterns.
· Strong testing skills (unit, integration, end-to-end) using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
· Hands on experience with AWS services like Lambda, Cloud watch, EventBridge, Cloud front S3, AWS transcribe.etc..
· Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves:
· Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or serverless architectures.
· Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
· Experience with building AI Agents (Bonus)
· Background in Sales or CRM domain.
