Key Responsibilities
Provide
L1/L2 support
for Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
User provisioning & de‑provisioning
Access requests, approvals, and certifications
Roles, entitlements, and policies
Monitor IAM jobs, connectors, and scheduled tasks; analyze failures and performance issues
Support
application onboarding
and integrations (AD, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, SaaS apps)
Work on
joiner–mover–leaver (JML)
processes and access lifecycle management
Perform incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL processes
Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and application owners
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Support audits, compliance requirements, and access reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
IAM / IGA support
Hands-on experience with
Saviynt IGA
(mandatory)
Strong understanding of:
Identity lifecycle management
RBAC, SoD, access certifications
Authentication & authorization concepts
Experience with
connectors
(AD, Azure AD, LDAP, JDBC, REST, SAP, Workday – preferred)
Good knowledge of
SQL
for reporting and troubleshooting
Experience with
Linux/Unix
, basic scripting (Shell/PowerShell – preferred)
Familiarity with
ITIL processes
and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Good to Have
Saviynt certification
Experience in cloud IAM (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)
Exposure to SailPoint, Okta, or other IAM tools
Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO, SOC)
