IBM MQ System Admin ( 24X7 Rotational Shift) :: Bangalore/ Chennai
What you will be doing:
Install, configure and maintain IBM MQ on various platforms including Linux, Unix and windows.
Monitor the health and performance of IBM MQ queues, channels and other objects to ensure optimal functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to message delivery failures, performance bottlenecks or system errors.
Manage Security aspects of IBM MQ, including user authentication and authorization. SSL/TLS encryption and access control.
Conduct capacity planning to analyze message traffic patterns and growth trends, ensuring the scalability of the IBM MQ infrastructure.
What you will need:
3 - 6 years of experience in IBM MQ system Admin.
Strong Knowledge of IBM MQ Installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Hands on Experience in AWS/EKS, Docker, Kubernetes.
Hands on Experience in Scripting - Python, Shell, Ansible or any Orchestration tools.
Added knowledge in DevOps - CI/CD - Jenkins, Bitbucket etc.
In-depth knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management, and related infrastructure technologies and best practices.
