Job Purpose:
To ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained across the outlet/central kitchen, supporting a safe and pleasant environment for employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas including dining area, kitchen, storage, washrooms, and staff areas.
Follow daily cleaning checklists and schedules provided by the Outlet Manager / Supervisor.
Ensure proper disposal of waste as per company and municipal guidelines.
Assist in sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations as per food safety standards.
Monitor and refill hygiene-related consumables (hand wash, tissues, sanitizers, etc.).
Support kitchen and service teams during peak hours by maintaining hygiene standards.
Report any maintenance or repair issues related to hygiene (leakages, pest issues, etc.) immediately.
Adhere strictly to company’s
Food Safety, FSSAI, and Hygiene SOPs
.
Participate in hygiene and safety training sessions conducted by the company.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning practices.
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic communication skills (Kannada / English / Hindi preferred).
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 8th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in housekeeping/hygiene/cleaning roles (preferred, but not mandatory).
Fresher candidates with willingness to learn will also be considered.
Work Conditions:
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Uniform and cleaning equipment will be provided by the company.
