<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR professional with 5+ years of HR experience to manage end-to-end people operations while working closely with leadership in the USA. This role is execution-focused with strategic exposure, requiring strong ownership of core HR processes and people leadership.</p>

<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Strategic HR</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive HR initiatives and processes in alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<p><strong>Employee Lifecycle Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle complete onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience</li>
<li>Prepare and manage HR documentation, contracts, letters, and employee records</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Payroll, Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Independently handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance</li>
<li>Manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with policies and smooth processing</li>
<li>Support compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll-related reconciliations</li>
<li>Coordinate with finance and external vendors as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>HR Operations & HRIS Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update GreytHR HRIS and Geenhouse ATS systems, ensuring accurate employee records and up-to-date reports.</li>
<li>Drive process improvements in HR operations, documentation, and workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Statutory & Compliance (India)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage statutory compliances, filings, and HR audits</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Employee Relations & Grievance Handling</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and concerns</li>
<li>Ensure fair, timely, and empathetic resolution of issues</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure smooth execution of HR and people-related initiatives</li>
<li>Act as a coordination point between HR, leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-through on HR activities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Day-to-Day HR Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle daily HR activities and ad-hoc operational requirements with accountability and ownership</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Employer Branding</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support and execute employer branding initiatives on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to promote hiring, culture, and workplace updates</li>
<li>Ensure consistent and professional employer brand messaging across all digital hiring touchpoints to enhance candidate experience and visibility</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of full-time HR experience in a generalist / HRBP role</li>
<li>Experience in leading and managing a Talent Acquisition team, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and oversight of recruitment operations</li>
<li>Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field</li>
<li>Mandatory hands-on experience in Payroll processing</li>
<li>Hands on experience with HRIS & ATS tools.</li>
<li>Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations</li>
<li>Solid understanding of compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance as per Indian labour laws</li>
<li>Experience working closely with senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
</ul>
