Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and coordination of orientation sessions.
Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees, ensuring compliance with exit procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS) in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure all employee documentation, contracts, and records are up to date.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
