About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and execution-focused HubSpot Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining websites, landing pages, and reusable components within the HubSpot CMS, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integration with marketing and CRM tools.
You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, SEO, and project management teams to implement high-quality web experiences aligned with marketing objectives and technical standards. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end development expertise with hands-on experience in HubSpot CMS development, responsive design, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly coding practices.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CMS Development
Develop and customize HubSpot CMS templates, modules, landing pages, and website components.
Create responsive and reusable modules using HubSpot CMS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Ensure smooth integration between HubSpot templates and marketing automation features.
Maintain scalable and modular code structures within HubSpot CMS.
Front-End Development
Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end code following modern development practices.
Convert Figma, PSD, or XD design files into responsive web pages.
Implement interactive UI elements using JavaScript, jQuery, and animation libraries where required.
Ensure visual accuracy and responsiveness across devices.
Website Optimization & Performance
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
Implement best practices including:
Image optimization
Code minification
Lazy loading
Browser caching
Ensure websites maintain high performance while preserving design integrity.
Testing & Debugging
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experience.
Identify and resolve UI bugs, layout issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Maintain structured documentation and clean coding standards.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with design, marketing, SEO, and project management teams to implement features and improvements.
Collaborate with backend developers when API integrations or system integrations are required.
Provide development estimates and progress updates during project planning.
SEO-Friendly Development
Implement SEO best practices including semantic HTML markup, metadata, structured data, and optimized page structures.
Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure websites align with technical SEO guidelines and search engine best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in front-end development or HubSpot CMS development.
Proven experience developing custom templates, modules, and web pages within HubSpot CMS.
Strong experience converting Figma, PSD, or XD designs into responsive web pages.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP, ScrollMagic, or TweenMax.
Strong understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
Experience with WordPress front-end development using tools like Elementor, Beaver Builder, and ACF will be considered an advantage.
Ability to leverage AI tools for code optimization, automating repetitive tasks, and improving development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation features and CRM integrations.
Experience working in a digital agency or white-label development environment.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Slack, or Notion.
