Job Summary
The HR Project Coordinator (Entry Level, Contract) will support the HR Analytics team by handling administrative, coordination, data management, and documentation tasks across HR projects and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR or business career who is highly organized, comfortable with follow-ups and data work, and interested in improving processes through systems and automation.
This is a
6-month contract role
, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Coordination Support
Maintain and update HR project trackers, reports, and documentation
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
Track action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders on deadlines
Organize and maintain HR files, records, and shared folders
Support preparation of presentations, reports, templates, and standard documents
HR Project & Analytics Support
Assist in coordinating HR initiatives such as onboarding programs, policy updates, audits, surveys, and reporting cycles
Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; flag risks, delays, or missing information
Support data collection, data cleaning, and basic reporting for HR and people analytics projects
Ensure project and reporting data is accurate, complete, and up to date
Data, Systems & Process Support
Perform data quality checks to ensure consistency across reports and systems
Support basic system administration tasks under guidance
Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or improve recurring administrative and reporting processes
Assist with documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows
Communication & Stakeholder Support
Act as a point of contact for basic HR project-related queries
Share project updates, reminders, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders as instructed
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors when required
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of experience (internships, HR admin, operations, or coordinator roles are acceptable)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, trackers, and reports
Basic understanding of HR processes and data concepts is a plus
Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, filters, pivots are a plus)
Experience working with HR systems, databases, or reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Power BI, Tableau – Not Mandatory)
Interest in HR analytics, reporting, and process automation
Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks, follow-ups, and data maintenance
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
