Role overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Intern who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable managing documentation, and can independently support daily HR processes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and creating a seamless employee experience across the organization.
What the role entails:
● HR Operations:
o Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities including documentation, HRIS updates, and coordination with internal teams.
o Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
o Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal HR processes and policies.
o Support HR audits and help ensure all employee files and processes meet compliance standards.
● Data Management & Analysis:
o Use Excel (and related tools) to analyze HR metrics such as attrition, performance ratings, and staffing trends.
o Respond promptly to employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, attendance, and onboarding.
o Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
o Support rewards & recognition activities and internal communication.
What are we looking for:
● Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
● Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; familiarity with HRIS tools is an added advantage.
● A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
● Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
