As a growing business, we are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Operations Coordinator to support our people operations and wider employee experience initiatives. The Role This is a broad and hands-on role supporting HR operations and employee coordination across the business. You will work closely with leadership, the rest of the HR team and employees across multiple departments, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration while contributing to a positive employee experience. You will have previous relevant HR Operations and Office Management experience and you MUST have prior experience in using and administering KEKA HRIS. You’ll be used to working at pace within a smaller/startup organization, ideally in tech.   The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, is highly organised, and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with people-facing coordination.
