We work with leading global retailers across multiple markets and continue to scale internationally. As a growing business, we are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Operations Coordinator to support our people operations and wider employee experience initiatives.
The Role
This is a broad and hands-on role supporting HR operations and employee coordination across the business. You will work closely with leadership, the rest of the HR team and employees across multiple departments, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration while contributing to a positive employee experience.
You will have previous relevant HR Operations and Office Management experience and you MUST have prior experience in using and administering KEKA HRIS. You’ll be used to working at pace within a smaller/startup organization, ideally in tech.
The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, is highly organised, and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with people-facing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees globally
Prepare employment documents, HR letters, and maintain employee records on KEKA and within GSuite and Sprinto
Manage and maintain accurate employee data within Keka HR
Coordinate probation reviews, holiday tracking, attendance, and HR documentation through Keka
Solve issues relating to Keka HR quickly and efficiently
Assist with benefits administration and employee queries
Assist with payroll coordination
Support compliance processes and maintain confidential HR records
Coordinate internal HR communications and company-wide updates
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and wider people projects
Deal with low-level ER issue, and escalate where necessary
Office & Employee Coordination
Support the day-to-day coordination of the Bangalore and Pune office environments
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships for the India offices
Manage office stock, kitchen supplies, snacks, and refreshments in India
Coordinate with the office cook/catering arrangements for the Bangalore office
Organise team events, socials, celebrations, and employee engagement activities for the Bangalore and Pune teams
Support operational coordination relating to the Bangalore office where required
Act as a key point of contact for Bangalore office-related queries and employee support
Requirements
Previous experience within HR administration, HR operations & office coordination in a small or startup environment
Previous hands-on experience using Keka HR is essential
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills
Previous startup or scale-up experience beneficial
