The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Responsibilities: HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives and promote organizational growth. Policy Development: Design, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge in the IT industry. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs and activities to foster a positive work environment. Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between employees and management, and support the organization in change management initiatives. Appraisals: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback. Development Plans: Create and implement employee development plans and training programs to enhance skills and career growth. Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management to support data-driven decision making. Culture Building: Promote and maintain a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication and implementation of change processes. HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably within the IT or software industry. HRIS: Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software. MS Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with using technology to streamline HR processes and enhance productivity. Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring HR teams. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage conflicts effectively. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Certifications: HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
