ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HR Manager who will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the organisation.
This person will manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle actions, documentation, HRIS, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
· Performance Management System
· Manage end-to-end onboarding: documentation, orientation, systems setup, ID creation, welcome kits, and probation tracking.
· Handle employee confirmations, transfers, leaves, and separation formalities.
· Maintain complete employee files and HR documentation with 100% accuracy.
· HR Operations
· Manage attendance systems, biometric updates, and leave records.
· Work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely salary inputs, deductions, and compliance.
· Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance processes.
· HRIS & Data Management
· Maintain and update HRIS/HRMS platforms regularly.
· Prepare monthly dashboards and reports: attrition, attendance, hiring status, probation, and confirmation trackers.
· Employee Experience
· Support engagement activities, celebrations, feedback surveys, and internal HR communication.
· Assist employees with grievance redressal and help resolve queries effectively.
· Recruitment Coordination (as needed)
· Coordinate interviews, schedule discussions, and maintain candidate records.
· Support documentation for new hires and internal transfers.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· 5+ years of experience in core HR Operations
· Strong understanding of onboarding, documentation, HRMS, and payroll coordination.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS platforms, and documentation processes.
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
· High ownership, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset.
