Role Summary
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR functions within Minfy Technologies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in the regions where the company operates. This includes handling employee-related issues, providing HR operational support, implementing effective HR policies, and ensuring the company adheres to state and country-specific labor and employment laws. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving employee engagement, resolving grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Minfy's business goals while adhering to local regulations.
Provide leadership to the HR team across HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management, advising on HR matters related to employee well-being, workplace culture, and compliance with regional labor laws.
Design and implement policies and programs that foster employee development, retention, and compliance.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
Stay up-to-date with local labor laws, state-specific regulations, and national employment laws where Minfy has a presence.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including but not limited to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and employee benefits.
Lead audits and ensure that HR practices comply with all required regulations.
Address any regulatory changes and ensure that the company’s policies are updated accordingly.
Employee Relations and Grievance Handling
Act as the point of contact for employee issues, including grievances, disputes, and concerns.
Promote a positive and productive work environment by implementing employee engagement strategies and programs.
Oversee the implementation of disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and exits.
Ensure smooth and compliant execution of exit formalities, including the management of resignation, retirement, and termination processes.
Develop and maintain accurate employee records and ensure that all documentation is compliant with local and company policies.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Oversee the design and implementation of compensation structures that are competitive and in line with market standards, considering regional cost-of-living and statutory requirements.
Ensure the correct administration of benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, in line with applicable laws.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement in compliance with local tax and employment regulations.
HR Operations Management
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and timekeeping.
Implement and monitor HR metrics and KPIs related to employee performance, satisfaction, and retention.
Ensure HR systems are updated and accurate, ensuring the integrity and privacy of employee data.
Organizational Development
Implement programs that contribute to organizational development, including leadership training, career development, and employee skill-building initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and ensure smooth transitions in response to business needs and regulatory changes.
Maintain a focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace, ensuring equal opportunities and a fair work environment.

Qualification & Experience
Master’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10 years
of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee relations, regulatory compliance, and HR operations.
Experience in handling HR regulations
across multiple locations or countries, particularly in IT/technology-related companies.
Certifications in HR
(e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or any relevant certifications) are a plus.

Compliance adherence
across all regions, ensuring legal obligations are met.
Employee satisfaction and engagement
scores, with a focus on reducing grievances and disputes.
Operational efficiency
in HR processes, including timely payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
