We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. You will lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's strategic objectives
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth
Manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to HR staff members
Collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs
Maintain and improve HRIS and other HR-related systems to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
Strong proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Experience working in a multicultural environment and knowledge of local labor laws in India
