POSITION SUMMARY:
BOT VFX, a post-production services company with global clients, is looking for an
HR Junior Executive
as a full-time
Permanent
role. The position is based out of
Chennai
.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation and HRMS updates.
Overseeing time, attendance, and leave management systems to ensure data accuracy.
Handling employee grievances, conducting 1:1 sessions, and managing PIP and disciplinary action processes.
Driving employee life cycle milestones, including probation confirmations and retention initiatives.
Coordinating and managing internal training programs and employee wellness initiatives.
Assisting in the development, implementation, and digitalization of HR policies and process automations.
Ensuring strict compliance with internal audits and statutory requirements.
Administering rewards, recognition programs, and varied talent engagement activities.
Preparing and publishing comprehensive HR reports, metrics, and data-driven dashboards.
Managing exit processes and maintaining smooth stakeholder relationships across departments.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience:
1–2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
Education:
MBA/MSW in HR from a reputed management school is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of HRMS tools, G-Suite, and MS Office applications.
Technical Skills:
Ability to generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards for reporting.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven expertise in people management.

Strong conflict management and resolution abilities to handle sensitive employee relations.
